Can not connect to the opc server

When connected to the OPC server via aggregate SCADA / HMI error occurs: An internal error occured. [0x8001FFFF]. We tried to connect to the server INSAT modbus OPC server, as well as to the development of our OPC server. They are installed on the same PC, where it is Aggregate SCADA\HMI. Matrikon OPC explorer connects seamlessly to all OPC servers

Hello,

Have you configured DCOM on this server according to our documentation?
http://aggregate.tibbo.com/docs/en/ap_enabling_dcom.htm?zoom_highlightsub=dcom

If yes, please try to turn off NTLMv2 authentication:

Run regedit to edit the registry.
Locate the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa.
Locate the value named LMCompatibilityLevel, and change the DWORD value to 2 (send NTLM authentication only).
Close regedit and restart the machine.

If OPC server is not available after these steps please add screenshots of your device context configuration and server log file for more details.

Connect to the opc server via the menu "add a device" failed. But after turning off firewall connected through "detection devices".
