Dear Sir/madam,

I have download "aggregate_ltps_5.61.20_unix.sh" LTS package from your website and follow the below link to run this script/aggregate package in docker. but I am getting below error in my pc. I am using Ubuntu 16.04 in my OC.

Link: https://aggregate.tibbo.com/docs/en/

#docker run aggregate
No suitable Java Virtual Machine could be found on your system.
The version of the JVM must be at least 1.6.
Please define INSTALL4J_JAVA_HOME to point to a suitable JVM.

It will be a great help if anyone can help me as soon as possible.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Hi, I think this installer doesn't contain JVM inside. You should install JAVA manually.

Thanks, dear for your reply.

I installed JVM(Oracal) in my system. Also, I have uninstalled all other java from my system.
I also tried with setting manually path but still facing the issue.

Do I need to install JVM on docker? can you help me for how to install the JVM on docker?

Hello, yes I think you should install JVM in docker.
If you want any kind of technical support outside the community, you should write to our sales department (aggregate-sales@tibbo.com). Our managers will contact you.

I have one more question, why do you use LTPS package if you are using a desktop? Try to download https://aggregate.tibbo.com/downloads/s ... nix-x64.sh and install it.

Dear,

Actually, we are trying to run "ltps" on one of our custom boards to evaluate but we are facing an issue and we also created a ticket for that so we check the same package on docker so we get some more idea for your framework.

if you will provide support for that so no need to care about this issue.

Hello, we will help you with pleasure.

You need to write to aggregate-sales@tibbo.com and our colleagues will contact you. Just describe your project and the problem with details (mention your device technical characteristics such as RAM, core, and so on). I think you also can try our edge installer. I asked our EDGE solution director to help you. You can write at the same time to our sales and to EDGE solution director Aleksey Korzhebin aleksey.korzhebin@tibbo.com, he will help you with technical questions.

Best regards, Sergey.
